Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking with RideLuxe, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Cleaning Fees
A £50 cleaning fee will be charged for any spillages, vomit, bodily fluids, or other excessive mess left in the vehicle. This fee must be paid in full before any future bookings can be accepted.
2. Cancellation Fees
· Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: No fee.
· Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking: 50% of the quoted price payable.
· Cancellations with no notice (e.g., the driver arrives and you cancel or no-show): Full quoted price payable.
· All cancellation fees must be paid within 14 days of cancellation.
· Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
By making a booking, you are accepting these terms and conditions.
3. Flight Delays and Cancellations
· Please keep us updated regarding any flight delays or cancellations.
· The driver will arrive as close to the scheduled flight arrival time as possible.
· If the driver is on another job, you may need to wait.
· If you choose to use alternative transport, you agree to cover the cost yourself and must inform us as soon as possible.
· We will provide information on any cancellation fees due.
· In unavoidable circumstances, cancellation fees may not be payable.

Complaints Policy
1. Introduction RideLuxe is committed to providing a safe, reliable, and high-quality private hire service. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. 3. Complaint Handling Process
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
A full investigation will be conducted, which may include speaking to the driver or reviewing booking records.
We aim to provide a resolution within 10 working days. If more time is required, we will keep you informed.
If the complaint is upheld, appropriate action will be taken, including disciplinary measures if necessary.
You will receive a response detailing the outcome of your complaint.
4. Escalation to Wigan Council If you are not satisfied with our response or believe the complaint relates to a breach of private hire licensing regulations, you can escalate your complaint to Wigan Council:
